HOW TO SLIM FACE AND GET RID OF DOUBLE CHIN
You came through this article means either you’re looking to get rid of a double chin or for your caring person. Don’t be afraid about the double chin. A few people with healthy body weight can also develop a double chin. In this article, I’m taking through some homemade remedies/exercises that you can do from wherever you are.
What causes the development of the double chin?
Excess fat, poor posture, aging skin, genetics, or facial structure, and few reasons are not in any of our control, but we can get rid of the double chin by doing simple exercises. Below are a few simple exercises we can do at any time and place.
Simple Exercises/Tips to Getting Rid of Double Chin
- Apply facial oil to fingertips
- Warm up the oil between fingers
- Apply over jawline and neck area
- Use thumb to hook under the chin
- Use index finger and thumb gently pinch
- Repeat on the other side Or go both ways at the same time
- To keep the chin and neck area strong, Use your thumb and index finger
- Slide the index finger under the jaw and stroke three times
- Drain down neck
- Repeat same steps on the other side
- This will takes the toxins away from the chin
- Place palms under the chin and lift the jaw
- Bring palms towards the ears
- Slide down the face and neck and repeat three times
